William Arthur Ward said "When we seek to discover the best in others, we somehow bring out the best in ourselves." I love that! I agree with this sentiment too! It also applies in other ways. I volunteer to help with many different community events and organizations. I've always enjoyed doing that. There are a few reasons that stand out in my mind. First, I just plain like to help! But I also get to meet other people who like to help! Some of these people have become my very best friends. We never intended to be friends, but we get the chance to see the other person giving from their heart... and it's hard to not like them after that!
