There's a great anonymous quote that says “Success is like wrestling an alligator. You don't quit when you are tired. You only quit when the alligator is tired.” This is like the saying “I don't need to run faster than the bear, I just need to run faster than you” In both cases, I'd rather not be involved at all! I'm not up for wrestling gators OR racing bears! I try to avoid putting myself in a situation where I need to make these kind of decisions. If I get pulled into one of these scenarios, I'd make myself right with God, because I'd be meeting him soon!
