Simon Sinek said “We take responsibility for our actions at the time we perform our actions, not at the time we get caught.” What a great point! I recently spoke to someone who had to call the police on his friend when she was drinking and driving. The she was upset, because she was arrested. I told him that he did the right thing. His friend was upset, but she has no right to be upset at her friend who MAY have saved her life. She needs to take responsibility in her life for the decisions she's making. If she makes the choice to break the law and endanger the lives of anyone in her path. She is to blame for her arrest, nobody else.
