Jedi Master Yoda said “Do or do not, there is no try.” Star Wars was a movie that almost didn't get made. I read an article about that.... OK.. I probably watched a video about it... let's be real! The studios all thought Star Wars was the dumbest thing they've ever seen. They didn't get it. One called it a space soap opera. What they didn't know... couldn't know... was that this little weird movie would become a cultural phenomenon that would make billions of dollars! Looking back, we see this, but imagine being one of the executives who turned it down in the mid 70's. I'll bet there was more than one sleepless night over that decision!
