Napoleon Hill said “There is always a shortage of people who get the job done on time without excuses or grumbling.” I love this! I was recently added to a board of directors. I mentioned it a few weeks back. I was having a few regrets, and I still kind of wonder if it was the right time for me to get involved, but I have noticed there are a few other members of this particular board who live up to this quote. They get the job done without a peep! If they say it's gonna be done, it is as good as done! I am going to work on being better at this myself. I usually get the project done. Usually close to on time, without too much fuss! OK, a little!
