Mark Cuban said "Always look for the fool in the deal. If you don't find one, it's you." That's funny! I've been the fool in a deal or two, but I've also walked away from more than my fair share of amazing deals! Some that are almost too good to be true. I had a friend tell me I was the luckiest person he knows. Of course I thanked him, but I also reminded him that I don't believe in luck. I believe in being blessed! God has blessed me many times, but in every case, I wouldn't call it luck. Sometimes, when you pour everything into a project and work a crazy amount of hours to make it all work. It's a bit of an insult to call it luck!
