It's kind of contagious too. I noticed it rubs off on others. When you go out of your way to help someone... many times they feel the need to do the same thing... to pay it forward to someone else. It doesn't have to be a big thing to make a big difference. Sometimes something as small as inviting someone to join you for dinner or taking some food to a neighbor can make a difference. You can't feed the world, but you can help a friend.
