My wife and I work together and now our daughter is a part of the team. It's very exciting to me. Our little family business works with many other family businesses and it' so cool to have the next generation on board! This has been a big change for me. I'm working on training more than doing... but that's also a great thing because the more training, the sooner I'll have more help... so I can see new things happen, even when I'm not in the office. That's an exciting thing!
