Susan B. Anthony said "Nothing is hopeless that is right." Very nice quote. Have you ever worked on a project that seemed hopeless? I've been there. I worked on launching a brand new community event. The committee was way bigger than we needed. We had more meetings than we needed, but nothing seemed to progress. A few of us would do everything we said we'd do. Others would show up with the same empty promise they had at the last meeting. I finally called them on it... and they quit working on the project. We rapidly moved forward without them. They brought nothing to the table but excuses and dead weight!
