I also agree wholeheartedly with this one! I do my very best to make sure our clients are happy! I'm sure I've missed the mark from time to time, but never intentionally! We try to under promise and over deliver... again I wish I could say I always hit my mark, but I've fallen short more times than I'd like to admit! When I help a client win... I win. If a client is not doing well, I feel the pain with them. I try to be a solutions guy and when my solutions don't work, It hurts!
